Building Africa's Infrastructure Future
Pan Africa Capital bridges international capital, technology, and EPC capabilities with Africa's most urgent infrastructure priorities — delivering transformative projects across energy, transport, water, and industrial sectors.
Who We Are
Pan Africa Capital (PAC) is a strategic project development and execution firm dedicated to delivering transformative infrastructure and industrial projects across the African continent.
Strategic Development
Dedicated to delivering transformative infrastructure and industrial projects across the African continent.
Global Partnerships
Exclusive in-market representative for leading institutional entities including SERCOBE and BG Titan.
Expert Leadership
Multidisciplinary team with deep expertise in infrastructure finance and sovereign engagement.
We serve as the exclusive in-market representative and operational partner for leading global institutional entities such as SERCOBE (the National Association of Capital Goods Manufacturers of Spain) and BG Titan. Through these relationships, we bridge international capital, technology, and EPC capabilities with Africa's most urgent infrastructure priorities.
PAC operates at the intersection of public sector vision and private sector delivery, working hand-in-hand with governments, development finance institutions (DFIs), and global private investors to originate, structure, and manage projects from inception through financial close, execution, and long-term operation.
Our Role
Pan Africa Capital (PAC) is not a broker or intermediary. We are a local operating partner, serving as the official project development and execution entity for international EPCs, OEMs, and institutional investors seeking to implement infrastructure projects across Africa.
Our mandate is clear: to bridge sovereign infrastructure priorities with international technical delivery and project financing capability.
Strategic Identification
We work closely with national and municipal governments to identify and prioritize infrastructure needs in alignment with public sector goals, national development plans, and industrialization strategies.
Project Structuring & Financing
PAC leads the structuring of Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), and EPC+F models. We coordinate with DFIs, multilateral banks, and Export Credit Agencies to secure financing.
Technical Feasibility & Compliance
We coordinate technical feasibility studies, environmental assessments, and legal frameworks required for large-scale infrastructure deployment to international standards.
Local Project Management
During implementation, PAC oversees construction, monitors delivery timelines, manages risk on the ground, and ensures effective communication between all stakeholders.
Long-Term Operations
We support long-term operational readiness, maintenance structures, and local capacity-building to ensure projects remain functional and impactful.
PAC's operating model enables seamless collaboration between African governments and global industrial partners, ensuring international execution standards while maximizing local content, skills transfer, job creation, and national ownership.

Our Value to Government Partners
Pan Africa Capital provides sovereign governments, municipalities, and public utilities with a complete, end-to-end solution to unlock and deliver complex infrastructure projects. Our model is built to reduce execution risk, accelerate timelines, and align with long-term national development goals.
One-Stop Coordination Hub
PAC integrates technical expertise, vetted international EPCs, and full-scope project financing under a single coordinated platform.
Delivery You Can Trust
Our institutional partners represent some of the most experienced capital goods manufacturers and infrastructure developers globally.
Localization & Development
All projects are structured to maximize local employment, procurement, and enable long-term skills and technology transfer.
Accelerated Timelines
By engaging only with pre-qualified OEMs and export-credit-aligned financiers, PAC reduces lead time for feasibility and financial close.
Whether the mandate is a solar energy rollout, a rail corridor revitalization, or a waste-to-energy facility, PAC ensures that all components — technical, financial, operational, and institutional — are aligned from day one.
Next Steps
PAC actively engages with national governments, provincial departments, municipalities, and state-owned enterprises (SOEs) to identify and unlock priority infrastructure initiatives.
Our role is not transactional. We act as a long-term development partner focused on institutional collaboration, local value creation, and sovereign delivery standards.
We welcome the opportunity to initiate a formal engagement process, beginning with a joint infrastructure pipeline review, to identify high-impact sectors where PAC can accelerate execution and amplify national development objectives.
